Direct Primary Care is a patient-centered model that replaces rushed appointments and surprise billing with simple, affordable monthly memberships. Patients receive direct access to their provider without insurance restrictions, long waits, or limited visit times.

We provide care for patients ages 13 and older.

There is a one-time enrollment fee of $150 per patient, which includes:

  • Medical record setup
  • Secure patient portal access
  • Full initial visit and intake evaluation

This fee is only charged once at the start of membership.
